Shipping Policy

At TechinTrend Inc. (“TechinTrend”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we are committed to delivering your order safely, accurately, and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and handled after dispatch.

  • Selected destinations within the United States (where available)

Some products may only be available for shipment within Canada due to manufacturer, warranty, or export restrictions.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully authorized.

Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Shipping method selected
  • Insurance requirements

Free shipping promotions apply only where expressly advertised and may exclude oversized, remote, or commercial deliveries.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date (if available)

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

  1. Signature Requirements

For higher-value orders, TechinTrend may require an adult signature upon delivery.

This requirement helps protect customers from theft, loss, or unauthorized delivery.

We reserve the right to require a signature regardless of the shipping method selected.

  1. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

TechinTrend is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is reshipped.

  1. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier operational issues
  • High shipping volumes
  • Public holidays
  • Labour disputes
  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions

TechinTrend is not liable for indirect losses resulting from shipping delays.

  1. Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

A package may be considered lost only after the carrier completes its investigation.

Replacement or refund decisions will be made following the carrier’s investigation and in accordance with our policies.

  1. Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged:

  • Photograph the exterior packaging before opening.
  • Photograph any internal damage.
  • Retain all original packaging materials.
  • Contact TechinTrend within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Do not dispose of the packaging until your claim has been resolved.

We may request additional photographs or information to support a claim with the shipping carrier.

  1. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • The wrong product
  • Missing accessories
  • Missing components
  • An incomplete shipment

please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs of the received items and packaging to help resolve the issue promptly.

  1. Refused Deliveries

Orders refused without prior authorization may be treated as returns.

Customers may be responsible for:

  • Return shipping charges
  • Carrier refusal fees
  • Applicable restocking fees, where permitted by law

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refusal results from an error by TechinTrend.

  1. Marketplace Orders

Orders placed through third-party marketplaces, including Best Buy Marketplace, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and Newegg, are shipped in accordance with the marketplace’s service standards and shipping requirements.

Tracking information will be provided through the respective marketplace where applicable.

  1. International Shipments

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • Value-added taxes (VAT)
  • Local regulatory requirements

These charges are not included in the purchase price unless expressly stated.

TechinTrend is not responsible for delays resulting from customs clearance or import inspections.

  1. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business, some orders may require additional verification before shipment.

We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or refuse shipment if fraud prevention checks cannot be satisfactorily completed.

  1. Ownership and Risk of Loss

Ownership of the product transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

Risk of loss passes upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
