1. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

TechinTrend sells:

• Desktop computers
• Tablets
• Smartphones
• Monitors
• Computer accessories
• Computer components
• Networking equipment
• Other consumer and business electronics

We also purchase eligible used electronics from individuals and businesses.

3. Product Condition

Unless otherwise stated, products may be sold as:

• Brand New
• Open Box
• Like New
• Excellent
• Very Good
• Good
• Fair
• Refurbished

Cosmetic condition does not affect the functional performance unless specifically disclosed.

Product photographs are for illustration purposes and may not represent the exact item received.

4. Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, compatibility information, and images are accurate.

However, we do not guarantee that all information is free from errors.

We reserve the right to correct:

• Product descriptions
• Images
• Specifications
• Availability
• Typographical mistakes

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Prices may change without notice.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse any order
• Cancel any order
• Limit purchase quantities
• Restrict purchases from dealers or resellers
• Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Payment

We accept payment methods made available through our checkout.

Orders will not be processed until payment authorization has been received.

Fraud prevention checks may be performed before shipment.

8. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only.

Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our separate Return Policy.

Returned products must comply with our return requirements, including applicable time limits and product condition.

Products returned with missing accessories, physical damage, water damage, password locks, activation locks, or customer-caused damage may not qualify for a refund.

10. Warranty

Unless otherwise specified:

• Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the manufacturer.
• TechinTrend may provide a limited warranty on eligible refurbished products.
• Warranty coverage does not include:
  • Accidental damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Improper installation
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Physical abuse
  • Software issues caused by third-party installations
  • Malware or viruses
  • Normal cosmetic wear

11. Buying Devices from Customers

When selling electronics to TechinTrend, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the lawful owner of the device.
• The device is not stolen.
• The device is free of liens or financing obligations unless disclosed.
• You have the legal right to sell the device.
• All information provided is accurate.
• You have removed personal accounts where required (such as Apple Activation Lock, Microsoft account, Google account, or enterprise management where applicable).

TechinTrend reserves the right to:

• Verify ownership
• Request government-issued identification
• Verify serial numbers
• Conduct diagnostic testing
• Reject devices that fail inspection
• Reject devices reported lost, stolen, counterfeit, or otherwise ineligible

Ownership of a device transfers to TechinTrend only after inspection, acceptance, and payment.

12. Device Diagnostics

Devices sold to TechinTrend may undergo diagnostic testing, including checks of:

• Battery health
• Display
• Keyboard
• Ports
• Storage
• Memory
• Cameras
• Wireless connectivity
• Device management status
• Activation locks
• Hardware functionality

Quoted values may be adjusted if the device condition differs materially from the information provided.

13. Customer Data

Customers are responsible for backing up all personal data before shipping or delivering any device to TechinTrend.

Although we take reasonable care, TechinTrend is not responsible for:

• Lost files
• Deleted data
• Software corruption
• Password recovery
• Data restoration

Devices may be securely erased during inspection, refurbishment, or repair.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

• Logos
• Images
• Product descriptions
• Graphics
• Software
• Videos
• Text
• Website design

is the property of TechinTrend Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission.

15. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Introduce viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with website operations
• Scrape or copy website content
• Misrepresent your identity
• Submit fraudulent information

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
